Our Story

Jack Kortsen, a Stanfield, Arizona cotton farmer, perfected Cotton Jack's Bar-B-Que Sauce some 60 years ago. Jack created this Southwest flavor with a unique flair for the barbecue fanatic.

Over the years, Jack used this recipe at many local barbecue cookouts. It was even used by a legendary movie star (the guy in the picture) at his annual cookout.

In the past, this special sauce was only made for family and friends. Now, we would like to share this superb barbecue sauce with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
